Legal Justice Access, Inc. (LJA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit legal services organization providing legal representation to low - income individuals and underrepresented persons in Essex County and neighboring Greater Boston towns.
PROGRAMS OR LEGAL SERVICES PROVIDED
The Immigration Legal Representation Program provides legal advice and legal representation in Immigration law to newcomers, unaccompanied minors, Asylum seekers and other immigrants seeking adjustment of status, work authorization, family petition, and citizenship to ensure immigrant integration and advancement.
The Family Law Legal Representation Program provides legal advice and legal representation in custody, parenting time, child support, divorce, divorce mediation,
MGL CH. 209 A/258 E matters, etc.
The Community Law Project provides a platform for educating individuals in low-income communities about legal issues that affect their everyday lives.
The Legal Health Aid Program - Legal Justice Access partners with medical professionals to help low-income patients navigate housing, credit, and public benefit issues.
The Domestic Violence Victims' Advocacy Unit provides legal Advocacy to victims and connects victims and their children to needed resources.
